We tend to think in our constrained space. Limited by our habits and many hidden assumptions, boundary conditions we so often take for granted. Co-created and grown by years of efficient routine, those patterns are the downside of productivity. Throughout many projects we learned how our minds can act as both the most wonderful enabler and most prominent delimiter of innovation.
In this workshop we apply well-known creativity methods coupled with break out group exercises to uncover hidden mental barriers. This will enable us to shift perspectives and empower us envisioning the impossible.

It may be a challenge to convince ourselves of an idea. It may be even more difficult to gain supporters and convince others. But challenging ourselves, or allowing others to challenge us can turn into the most difficult task. The effect generally increases with growing investment of time, effort, and resources. With our Challenge Mode we offer an outsider's perspective on projects at all stages, not only when stuck in a dead end, but also if all seems to go smooth.
